It is not an ADA violation for my dog to do that. She knew I was in destress and was blocking me. The Lieutenant then said sorry I cannot let your dog in because of her behavior. I corrected my service dog and she immediately responded in a heal position. As the Lieutenant approached me he came directly towards me which in turn my service dog sniffed his front knowing that I was suffering a serious anxiety attack. I asked for a manager and the security Lieutenant responded. The security then violated ADA law asking me what disability I had and why I need one. I politely explained that she was a service dog and certified under ADA. The security guard at the front door immediately said I couldn’t bring a dog in. I was refused entrance today at the front door with my service dog.
